What are some good primers for eyeshadow? Prefers, something at Sally's I can get?

I didn't really under stand what stores you said you had... But if you I've a target near you look for and elf (eyes lips face) eyeshadow primer. Either the $1 or $3 one. The both are amazing!! They last a long time and the eyeshadow won't crease and the color with be really bright. It also help even the skintone of your eyelid.
